Thanks for this! I feel there is so much room for more. You elegantly show the inspiration in your write ups on the games. Hopefully we see Project Evo be an inspiration for more Marvel games.

Let me guess: another Gunsmoke uncompleted game with 0 animations in the year 2025?
Am I missing something here or is v.01 essentially just a demo? It seems like it's just showcasing the cg art and the framework for what will be put in later. I don't know, I'm not sure I've ever been this early for a non-VN game so I'm not sure what the initial versions are supposed to look like.

Oh, then I guess I was doing something wrong. All I was doing was just going to different rooms at different times and sitting through the dialogue. I didn't know there was an option to actually be doing something. I don't know. I'll probably just come back for the next update when more stuff has been done.
I really loved SU at its core, but this has me hesitant for what SU became. The story elements of SU are super fun, but because of how little story there is compared to the number of girls, the fun never lasted long. The other main issue I had was all the girls did the exact same things, in order with only Terra, Raven, Miss Martian, and Crush having anything really interesting with them. You would think that would be enough, but because there are COUNTLESS girls these get overshadowed. That along Timverse same face, the game got really repetitive. I have hopes for this though.
Lol. Maybe not. I usually wait a while for these types of games until there's been more version releases. I guess it's been so long since I had time to try anything new that I just forgot why I set that personal rule in the first place. LOL.

We release intentionally like this so we can get quicker feedback from patrons. Instead of spending a ton of time making mistakes, we make them as fast as possible to get feedback faster. Then we get our intended result much faster as well, which is just something the community likes.
It's just literally old scripts files in there so our programmer could copy and paste stuff later if needed (like the vault). They will be removed.
That's fine. I understand. You don't have to feel the need to explain your process. I wasn't trying to complain or anything. I just really didn't know the amount of stuff there'd be to do in an initial release.
I usually just wait for a few versions before trying games like this which is why I wasn't sure where to set my expectations. At any rate, from what I've seen I can guess there will be more to do besides just click through dialogues based off the foundation that's been laid already. It was enough to make me want to come back for the next version.

That's fair, I might not have given it enough of a try. The story wasn't really interesting to me and I found the progression system to be kind of a slog so I kind of gave up on it before I got to the point where you can bang the girls. Plus as far as I could tell you can only have semi-kinky but mostly vanilla relationships with them, which kills a lot of my interest, personally (what can I say, I'm a sucker for an abusive power dynamic). If I'm wrong about that let me know, I'd power through the long intro if there's a way you can coerce the girls. The art and animations do look really good.

If GG doesn't want us talking about similar games in the thread then that's fair but right now there's no rule against it. idk, seems pretty normal to me discussing Marvel games in a Marvel game thread. Especially when there's not really any other conversations happening.

I never said I don't want you talking about similar games. I liked a post that asked why do people care how much PROGRESS a similar game has.
I liked that post because every team and dev is different in processes, geography, and DNA. So comparing them is trying to find likeness in an apple and tomato. Just because both are fruits and can be put in salads doesn't mean you put apple sauce on spaghetti and you don't use tomatoes in apple pie*.
There is nuance and that discussion point ignores it completely.
*Side note: Just found out people eat apple pie with cheese the other day. So you never know maybe tomatoe apple pie is a thing.

I get that, although I don't think I ever compared amount of progress/content between games. Just admitted I might be wrong about how much content NH has since it didn't really hook me. I supported you guys for ages and will probably continue to once it's financially viable for me, assuming you can manage to pull off a good corruption narrative while being forced to keep things consensual. Never had an issue with your rate of production.
