This upcoming patch 1.3j will be the final content patch. It should be out toward the end of this month, has been delayed a bit because of IRL. MASSIVE patch with a ton of new hentai scenes, completed egg-raising mini-game, huge backlog of QoL fixes and reworked scenes (known for causing stuck issues) and more.

Base game is done after this upcoming 1.3j content patch. There will be a Steam DLC for Act IV toward the end of this year/beginning of next year.
