Do the scenes get any better or is it just the same png moving slighty with funny sounds in the background and an flash of colored light here and there? Because the first few minutes of the game, don't really make me want to play anymore. Especially with how much "personality" the main character has.

In the game you have the option to keep fighting but in the fights there are guaranteed QTEs and I'm not skilled enough with that. Is there something I can do to disable them or at least make them easier ?

You know, since I am back here craving for more content when it comes to crossdressing and whatnot, I might as well say this: I wish there was a way to dress up the MC in the clothes of the enemies and have him trained to be like them. Can't rush perfection tho. Still, there should be a clothing system... with advantages and disadvantages.
