Im back, great ( sarcasm ), now Im stuck at trying to connect the water tanks, how do you do that? I tried clicking on the computer screen, restarting the water tanks, and nothing.

As I remember you need to enable all tanks except failed one (which making sparks). Use the computer and turn off failed tank (switch to red color) and turn on the others (green color).
