I will give this game one thing: It works, and effort went into it.
    Too much effort.

Just look at the promo image. The characters are obscenely overdesigned. There's very little unity between their designs and your eyes are all over the place. Which is impressive because they all have tits the size of beachballs.

The plot is just as overdesigned. I'm lost in the freakin prologue! You're an everyman who summoned a succubus and then got kidnapped by aliens and turned into a alien futanari with superpowers. That's like three different story premises at once.

But weird thing? The characters lack voice. I'm reading lines from Zorah, designated the "nice one" and seeing her throw around language that confuses her with Nora, who is the "mean one." You land on a planet and meet the catgirl queen who goes from dismissive and bitchy to jumping your oversized member in *and I counted* about 5 minutes. Your path through the game is apparently determined by how you choose to handle a couple random bandits hassling an elf waifu with the ugliest face model i've ever seen?

There are also segues to things that make no sense. Player choices are given at weird points. We're supposed to *be* this character but at the same time the character has a lot of agency independent of the player. Other games do this but they hide it SO much better. The character's choices are basically "Asshole" or "Horny Asshole." It stops being funny pretty quickly.

Oh and the perspective changes. One line will be in second person like "You feel your dick go limp" and the next is in third person "(Character) feels his penis explode." (examples, not actual lines).

I've seen lots of games that are mechanically bad on this site, which is why I'm not giving this a 1 star. I've also seen a lot of MTL games that are incomprehensible.

But this is the first time I've seen a game here that's bad because it has TOO much effort. It needs curation, to be dialed back and have its writing issues fixed.

    And the porn is merely...ok.

Usually I say a game needs a proofreader because there are grammatical and spelling errors or translation oddities...I never thought I'd say one needs a straight up editor to tell the author that they need to fix designs and fundamental writing issues.

I have a love and hate relationship with this game, while i love it's story and graphics, i hate the fact my husband spends more time playing it than with me.

Jokes apart, it's a nice game didn't even knew about Koikatsu before this, and i thought it's was hand draw, the models look great, and the option to transform the mc was a nice touch, everyone should give a try.

Not much there to say anything positive.
Underwhelming graphic, bad written dialog, almost all decisions are meaningless because of constant game overs.
Should be a Kinetic Novel, would be easy, just remove the buttons.
    Waste of time.

FYI I quit after the Prologue story because honestly? This game annoys me.

I'm pretty biased in terms of futa-protagonist AVNs because they are just so rare to see. Therefore, I can forgive the lack of high-quality renders and bizarre (not poor, but bizarre) character design choices in this game.

However, what makes a good visual novel IMO is the balance between texts and renders: you need to have decent amounts of renders to support the texts, and this game fails to do so. This is perhaps the first time I have seen one lackluster render supporting a gigantic amount of text.

For example, on numerous occasions, the texts convey the different emotions the MC experiences, yet they are accompanied only by one single slide, in which the characters just stay emotionless. Instead, I need to read tons of words to get a grasp of what the hell the MC is thinking or experiencing.

The lack of renders is not the reason why I fail to get invested in the story. Another futa-protagonist game, Unveiling the Unknown, also has too few renders and too many words. Yet the facial expressions of the characters are constantly changing, so I can feel their emotions. But in this game you only get scarce and emotionless (or maybe I should say soulless) renders which is too hard to go through.

Overall, the imbalance between (DECENT AND LIVELY) renders and texts, coupled with other trivial annoyances, makes it hard for me to recommend this game, even though I'm a big fan of futa-protagonist AVNs.

Asia has always been a beacon of light in the dev world. The insane amount of detail that is put into this game and the hard work shows itself from the first moment that you start playing.

If this game is not for you, then I can understand, there could be people who dislike the style, the topic, and so forth. But you also can't deny that it is one of the best games out there for its own genre and style, that much is guaranteed.

I feel like I was tricked into playing this game. I'm sure there are worse games out there, but the writing is a mess the pacing is really too fast. It's like every aspect of the game was decided through lottery.

I gave it a chance 'cause the reviews seemed to paint it in a better light. This needs a lot of work. The amount of words advertised in the change log DO NOT indicate good story, it's an intense bout of rambling. You absolutely have to rely on name tags to determine who's talking because every character has the same personality.

The scenes are just rough, camera angles and poses are sloppy (not the good kind) and it's especially hard to believe you're anywhere but the koikatsu infirmary for most of the game.

I can't tell if it's bad on purpose or not if you also want to be confused/disappointed give it a go.

This is a great and well thought out game, very good characters and great game play mechanics. I strongly recommend this game to new players and @TheMagicalGurl did great work on making this such great game. :D

Feels like the plot focuses far too much on how messed up the premise is without actually letting you do anything about it especially in the non evil path, and there isn't enough good porn in there to make up for it

Some scenes are quesionable in quality, but it is a very enjoyable game. It fills some of my fetishes quite well, be it the catgirls, the skin colors, and most of all the futa. It is very good game with very good story with a lot of variety. Although I believe graphics should be improved by a good bit.

Will be watching this game and seeing how it shapes up. 5/5 stars.

Gets right to the action, and it doesn't have sandbox waiting between scenes so that's a definite plus. Futa may not be for everyone but if you like dominant futa then you'll like where this game goes. Also very meme-y which is a nice change of paice from games that might take themselves TOO seriously.

First of all, I'd like to clarify that TheMagicalGurl is a friend, so I might be a bit biased here.

The other thing I should say, is that I'm not really into the Futa genre. Despite that, I had a great time playing this game. The music and the setting mesh incredibly well together. The art is lovely and adds a touch of uniqueness to the novel.

The story is intriguing and a lot of elements are set up for the next releases, such as the meeting with the Queen. TheMagicalGurl is a great writer who gives his story room to breathe, which is pretty rare in the AVN community. This game should be a no-brainer for anyone who likes the science fiction and Futa genres.

I think this game has a lot of potential.

The initial renders may be a little rough from the other characters, but I feel like this game will have some very fun themes in the future. I feel like most of the games on this site have a feeling of hopelessness or depression. I just want to have a fun time with cute cat girls, and this game fills that futa desire.

I'm very excited to see what this will become in the future.

Project moon suprised me in may ways, overall I think it has a lot of potential.

Some nitpicks: The opening is pretty jarring, sometimes I couldn't tell who's POV it was being narrated from. Personally I would like to see TheMagicalGurl draw out

. Woudl it be possible to to give a time frame from when MC it writing to Author Senpai, how long ago what this, and more importantly why is MC writing an autobioggraphy and where is this at (location wise).
I thouroghly enjoyed it, can't wait for chapter 2.

Okay folks; first of all: this brief review refers to version 0.1a.

So this is the Alpha version of a novel/game with a real potential. It still lacks tons of stuff — images, animations, music, sound fx, etc.; yet, the story’s structure is solidly there.
I believe [that] in time different elements — i.e., a variety of characters, more conflicts, more images/animations and so forth — shall be incorporated into it, making the experience a truly gratifying one.

In terms of Engrish: there are a few misspells here and there, hence the help of a proofreader could be useful.

I insist: Project Moon got potential, and a lot of it.

    Kudos to the Dev.
