I think many have with the cheat, I haven't worked up to it legit as I think you need a boatload of progress achievements which translates to just playing a crazy amount.

put it in c:/games, renamed the file, and I was still getting the failure to load mono error. Downloaded the catbox version and it worked. The workupload or pixledrain version was just bugged

Icon tray down right location next to the clock. On windows 11 there is an arrow pointing upwards. Click on it to expand it.

The game boots in fullscreen mode for me, and doesn't go to windowed mode even if I uncheck the box in settings. Is this happening for anyone else?

It was mentioned that there is a sign limit if you try to hide the file in endless many subfolders and given the lenghty title of game folder you are easy to break the 255 sign limit most OS Support... putting the game in less subfolders or changeing the name can fix those issues easily... other than that how do you expect total strangers with no knowledge of you IT device give you acurate trouble shooting?

Explanations below is for people having this issue but nothing works

Failure to load mono is specifically tied to executable missing files to execute sequence. MEANING your folder is messed up or missing files of the game.
Solutions
1.Path problem due to system limitations.
Reduce letters in the folder name. And also not putting folder deep into subfolders.
Example
D:\SteamLibrary
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\4\3
2.Unzipping issue
Use 7-zip and EXTRACT to desirable location. Do not drag and copy.
If you drag and copy. Windows extracts content, put them into temp file in hidden folder AppData, and then copy from there to whatever location you dragged it onto.
Multiple issues with this one. Windows Defender blocking and deleting files without you even noticing. More severe, not copying everything correctly either because lack of memory space - ESPECIALLY if you laptop/PC is old, your HDD/SDD may contain bad sectors which make bits of bytes UNREADABLE AND DAMAGED.
3.Bad upload. Or download.
Sometimes, you do not download file entirely for various reasons. Not gonna explain why. Google it.
Re-download. Or use different download client if issues persist.
And sometimes OP simply uploads faulty product.
If nothing helps. GOOGLE YOUR ISSUE. Survive and adapt.

i can't get this game to work, i try to shower with strangers but nothing happens, i try to use the shop but i can only seem to buy the blue pill. and the text moves at the speed of a snail. how the hell does this game have 3.2 stars?

Earlier versions just worked, now i think you have to go into the save folder and delete the existing save or it bugs out at start
