There are a few sites that offer royalty free music. As for ones that don't require registration...

into Google.
You'll need to sift through the various links to weed out the subscription sites and find the truly free downloads, but there's quite a bit out there.
Note that in most cases you'll probably need to credit the source/author of the music, which shouldn't be a big deal (just add them to your credits).
As for which music is appropriate for porn, a lot of styles have been used in porn, so pick the style that best fits your mood (jazz, funky/groove, rock, etc.)

I use incomptech for a lot of the music in my projects. No registration required, but they do need an attribution credit in whatever you're working with.
