I'm looking for puffy anus morphs for a Genesis 8 female, the default genitals and golden palace just don't have the kind of morphs I need. Does anyone know if these exist?

The New Genitalia For Victoria 8 (and I assume 7 if you are using gen3) has an anus pulled out and an anus eversion morph, you can get some good results with them. I don't know of anything else.
