Well, I just got done with a game with a protagonist named 'Akahoshi Ren'. It was a power rangers parody, so his name was literally 'Red Ran(ger)'. Pretty groanworthy imo. I didn't have the heart to try to torture some words into making it work in English, so it's just there in the translation notes txt that nobody will ever read :')

Such an innocent answer. I believe that OP is looking for culturally insensitive Anglicized lets-make-fun-of-others-from-a-different-country fictional names assigned to people from the East Asia and western Pacific region. The character "Long Duk Dong" from the movie "Sixteen Candles" is an example... also this news hoax from 10 years ago:
