Quality

Not sure if it's just me but the quality of stuff that's been released lately is really garbage. I check every two or three days for new releases and usually get a full page one of garbage. I download quite a bit less than I used to. Sorry to vent just wondering if I'm alone in this.

the quality of new threads is also garbage with people starting threads about things there are already active threads about. not that this is something new

stop focusing your search on places like the trending tab or latest updates or even filters, and start focusing that search on devs that deliver, once i focused on certain devs that has released completed and amazing hgames i focused on them only, seeing when their current game is to end or when their next is to release
of course new devs are still considered and i put them in my watchlist for review but devs that are secured are prioritised to play

In general there's just *more* games getting made; if you don't have a good way to separate the good from the bad you'll be rooting around through a lot of 0.0.01a (beta) releases that never go anywhere.

Well... a lot of this is just hobbies for people, or maybe the very first time they are making a game.

Usually it takes an indie developer 1 - 2 years to make something good.
:c I don't think it's fair to judge the quality of games on here when most haven't really had the proper training in game development.

Hopefully folks don't give up and try and keep improving on their next game!
