If you already done those, you should have triggered a scene that opens up Balaikal when you end a week.
Did you get all those by normal means or did you do it by save editing?

I don't know how this occurred,but the switch that tells the game that you already saw the event is on for some reason.
Which version did you start the game from?
Anyway here's a quick fix, go end the week and the right event should happen.
and I will put a bugfix for this situation in the next release.

Okay I have to wonder if there is going to be Orcs,Goblins,werewolf and other mystical creaters. Since this game looks like it looks like there will be some but I have high hopes for this game.

I got in through accepting the merchant'a guild questline. Max out your loan limit with them and try to borrow more money.

I think that means you need to install RPG Maker VX Ace RTP before running this game.

Sure that's totally fine. Sorry if I sound aggressive in the earlier message,
but the recent uploaders has been ignoring my request when I specifically ask them not to.
And had they denied my request it'd be alright. But no, they ignored it.
And the reason I don't want my MEGA link to be replaced should be obvious, I use the link to the folder
that way I have no need to change it whenever I release an update.
And the first few times the uploaders left my MEGA link alone, so latter when I updated the game I didn't bother chick the MEGA link, only then realized much much latter that the link had already been replaced in the previous release, that's when I started to put message in the report and kept getting ignored.
