Finally got all the achievements and the true ending. So, not I can share my thoughts:
The art is what we've come to expect from an Akabur game. Hotties and cute little chibis. Nothing revolutionary.
The music was pretty much the same looping track. It fits the setting and after a while I just stopped hearing it.
Gameplay, such as it is, is grindy as heck. I went through the first playthrough legitimately. For the subsequent playthroughs, to get the various endings, I used Console Commands to give myself gold. Other than that, there's not much to do.
Things I would like to see changed or implemented:
After depopulating the local brothel of it's usual employees, they get replaced by new employees. Unfortunately, you can't pay for the services of the new employees. Additionally, I would have liked to have the option to engage in lewd behavior with Atamansha.
Conclusion:
Despite the, incredibly, grindy primary gameplay loop, and a couple missed opportunities, if you liked Princess Trainer and/or Witch Trainer, and/or any other Akabur game, you'll probably like Queen Trainer as well.
