It's set in an alternate, slightly different, reality, I'd say. So in this reality the events of PT didn't happen, though most of the same characters appear.

To be honest, the main complaint at the current state of the game that will only be fixed if there's ever a gold edition of this is the fact that the full harem sequence you can get is just going through all the CG's and not having one of them all together.

. I first played 1.02 and I could see why people thought it to be grindy. But that was already the "less grindy" version of the game, so depending of when you tried it, there may not have been noteworthy changes one way or the other. Also 1.01 was supposedly still broken to the point of being unplayable - but I can't testify to that.

Well let's talk about it:
Gameplay wise there is no real reason for her to ever show up there, since she doesn't progress as the other girls do.
You could get a "Good Husband Point" once the two of you are married but that's about it, when it comes to mechanics.
But still that's something if you are married to Jasmin and Jasmin alone you are missing out on one potential yearly "Good Husband Point" - plus the ones for the "Wardrobe Malfunctioning Circus", "the Strongman Contest", and "the Gardening Competition" - 6 in total.
Character wise it wouldn't make much sense for her to attend the festival with her advisor, but it would if she was going with her husband. Yeah, the marriage gets of on a rocky start, but even her just being there to use her wish to insult the Old Man, or bitch about something, would be perfectly in line with her character and a nice touch post game wise. (You can take her to the movies after all which also only ever provide "Good Husband Points").
Yeah I think it would be a nice touch if she went. Even nicer if you could take her to the other unavailable events - or invite her at least. I can totally see her character shooting down your invitation to the "Strongman Contest"/"Gardening Competition" cause something something peasants - but the Circus should be right up her alley at least as much as the movies.
So I wanted to see if she addresses the fact she doesn't want to go to the Festival. Loaded a save in which I had married her, skipped to the festival, went to see her on the Harem Floor - only to find out the Harem Floor is inaccesible during the Festival. Reloaded, tried again, this time making sure to appoint her as my Main Wife and went to see her.
Result: She's moping (as she usually does), but no Festival specific dialogue, might be random, in my case it was *Hmph!*

I don't think it's that complicated, it might just be that in this world Atamansha took the role that Maslab had in Princess Trainer without actually being Maslab herself, especially since they don't look anything alike.

Checked the secret scrolls, even with commentary, checked the items, and the book covers.
Started Witch Trainer Silver and checked if it was in any of the decoration, it wasn't.
Where do I have to look

I read this the completely wrong way thinking you were referring to something hidden in Witch Trainer
. I even had the image unlocked, seen it before but didn't pay any attention to W.I.T.C.H cause I'm in no way familiar with the show...My bad

Princess trainer wasn't really released as a "finished" game so to speak, but for way to many years tit bits and updates came along. I eventually got frustrated and stopped checking. When I rediscovered it about a decade later, the Gold Edition had been released, I started playing and recognized: "Hey isn't that the extremely broken and frustrating, unfinished game you played years ago, by that guy who never even finished Magic Shop? I didn't think that would ever be released.". That was my experience.
But I can't testify anything to the final - none gold version - might be floating about somewhere.
So I found out, the release version of Princess Trainer was 1.02 in 2014, and it was concluded in 2016 with the Gold Edition 2.03. It's still available on Akaburs Patreon and here:

.So there's a password "patreon" (possibly both with and without brackets), and an alternative password support_akabur_do_not_share_this, and it only opens with winrar [but that also doesn't work], also the Part2 file from the archive is broken and the replacement file can't be reached - I'm remembering why I was so frustrated with the guy ...
Anyway what I could gather from comments, is the original version simply lacked Lola (or at least Lola moving in), Azaela (something like that, the clothier girl), some scenes from Jasmin and Iris, and was bug heavy. That's about it, but without a changelog I can't say for sure ...
