well over month since he was supposed to release something so will be long wait and even longer if he switched back to sc34.
He hasn't switched back to SC34. Or at least he hadn't at the time of his most recent Patreon post on Monday.

Really hoping this game has some proper CG and leans away from the 'chibi' stuff. It's a cute style but not exactly what I'd call arousing and definitely not what brought people to Akabur's stuff in the first place. Dropped SC34 once I realized there was no proper sex scenes

As Akabur says in that post, it's the Iris story demo, and only covers a tiny fraction of the game, so don't get too excited. And his post is dated April 2022, so it isn't anything new.

well according to his itch.io post he is making sc34 and qt and special renders for patrons.
AFAIK, SC34 is on hold for now, while he works on QT, though he is likely working on ideas and things for it in his spare time. Hard not to, really. The brain is going to do what it is going to do. lol
