Others Question about DLsite + Japanese language

Hello pals,

i really have no problem to purchase games from DLSite so i can provide the games to you here (when they have no DRM) but i have problems with this "Set your System to japanese locale". I tried and tried and it just doesn't work at all. The words are always scrambled up and so the games don't work or start at all. Even when i use "Language -> Japanese" in WinRAR when i extract them.

Someone has a "Locale for dummies" tutorial for Windows 10 64-bit, like ... step by step?!
