Question about Honey Select games

Hi guys, I was wondering, do you know what the status of games made using Honey Select as the model renderer is? Meaning, have they gone after any game creators that used that as the rendering?

I know I've seen a few games, at least in the past, made with renders from it, but I haven't seen anything recently and was wondering if anyone here knew any more details.

They have not gone until anyone YET, as far as I'm aware, but it is and it have always been illegal to use it for profit. Goes against Illusion TOS.
