Is there any way I can search '2d cg' tag

same time, excluding 'Japanese game' tag?

You can search for 2DCG (or 2D) with the latest updates filter, but you have to pick out the Japanese games yourself by eye. There is the advanced search, the Japanese game tag might not be used that accurately though.
