questions about HTML and Ren'Py

i been looking around and i notice when people use real porn stars of video and pics, they use html to make there game and not Ren'Py. is there a reason for this? are you not aloud to put porn stars of video and pics found on the internet in Ren'Py? is it ok to put random videos you find into your game in Ren'Py?

You can create real porn games with renpy and cg games using html. No rules are set out there. The reason why real porn are created with html instead would be:
The dimensions of the images/gifs are not constant for real porn games, at least that is something I noticed, so configuring the image to fit the renpy engine might not be ideal.
It is easier to have scrollable function in HTML than trying to implement the same in renpy
It has become a trend for real porn games to be HTML and cg games to be renpy so people just stick with it
Devs use whatever they are comfortable with.

All this is my opinion, reality could be different so don't go quoting me anywhere.
