I've seen a few where race affects things. Only one that I can think of atm (can't remember name) that fit into your criteria. It's a RAGS game and I gave it a shot but it's been awhile and I can't remember it's name. It was a slave management game where you created a character and you had several races too choose from (or let the game choose for you) and each race had a upside and downside. Then the game would generate a few underlings for you of varying races and gender (futa was possible). As for how the game worked I tried it and it was complicated to say the least. Getting sex was easy as you could just kidnap some chick and rape her but it was possible to sleep with your underlings as well (usually if you didn't get rid of the kidnapped person you could make them an underling)

gonna say this, it's a false positive. Adoring Fan should have some form of title considering how long and active they've been on this site. I think they joined around the same time I did and I joined a week or 2 after F95 created this site (the first version, second version is the current version)
