Howdy gooners! Just revitalized this game with some edits to make new clothes (I found the location!) I spent a bunch of time photoshopping and figuring out the mess that is the sprite maps for the clothes in this game as well as where the clothes that are used in-game are actually stored. I also had to figure out what each sprite map actual was the clothing itself, and which was the visual effects pasted over the top. Fun fact, all clothes can be made out of latex if you just copy the FX file from the latex stockings and rename it to the FX file of the clothing you are trying to make shiny.
Some clothes I have made, cannibalizing the old shitty lab shirts/button downs/t-shirts because FEK isn't going to do anything with it anyway. They use the existing names of the clothes, so blue stockings, red stockings, black stockings, latex stockings, lab shirt, lab pants, button-down shirt, and t-shirt are all still named as such but have been changed.
The clothes I have here (But you can DYI pretty much anything):
Latex leopard-print stockings
Latex silver stockings
Pink fishnet stockings
Shiny spaghetti top
Purple shiny thong
Leopard print jockstrap
Latex elbow gloves/bikini combo (black button-down shirt/lab shirt).
^ This one was especially hard to do as I had to figure out which part of the sprite map correlated to which part of the actual 3d model. Was NOT very intuitive and spent the better part of the day creating this. Additionally, you'll want to keep the gloves drawn on, as the 3d model tends to squish and distort the arms to anorexia levels to fit in the long sleeve shirt, which is normally hidden. I compromised and made them elbow/shoulder-length gloves.
You'll also notice that all the staff wear the lab shirt, which I think is pretty cool.
To edit clothes, make sure that all characters currently wearing the item have removed it. Save your edited work as a PNG (I used Photoshop), unequip, then re-equip, and it should be the new version. If you are using the lab shirt to edit, you'll have to load back to the main menu as you can't remove the staff's clothing (aw).
You'll want to edit the sprite maps NOT labeled as "FX" (a red transparent image) as that is only the mask that makes the original design shiny. To remove the shiny/latex filter, simply hide the 'FX' file.
I've attached some screenshots of the clothes on some of the characters I've created.
I would also highly recommend renaming your original folder (with the v12 mod of course) and keeping a copy, as sometimes files go missing or you screw something up, so keep a backup. Just a shame that FEK has abandoned this, it's honestly such an ambitious and pretty solidly executed furry H-siim. I would've liked to have seen what could have been. Especially if the footjobs got added or the frotting didn't make the models have violent seizures. Guess I'm going down the 'something unlimited sprite remix' route for this one!
