The incest patch is added to the mod, if you download the mod you will have an option at the beginning of the game to enable/disable incest/taboo content.

Possibly, however I don't know. I only have a Mac and PC and it has been tested on those platforms

Curious how the game even works or makes sense without the incest. Like, why show the conception scene in a non-incest game, what's the logic there? also seems like a lot of the emotional impact is dulled if the characters are strangers, this is one of the few games where the author has actually written incest into the emotional core of the game rather than just throwing it in for popularity's sake.

Next update I will fix any incest issues I can find. This game was designed with incest in mind.
