Overview:

Because the way the game works is that your only weapon is a shrink gun, and you have to shrink and melee to eliminate them. You can also grow.

You're half right about the tag. I think he was just saying "why the heck this has No Sexual Content" because in his opinion it should have had fucking in the game, not because he thought you got the tag wrong

Edit: No sexual content says nothing about if a game has nudity or not, I think you may have mixed that part up too
I think no nudity maybe a worthy addition to the tags on this site for avoiding games that have neither
