RAGS Rags site down

Not sure if i have put this in right forum but here goes

Went to download rags engine this evening and found site had been hit by hackers to the extent they have had to take it down and rebuild.Question is are their any safe alternatives ( have seen Cnet have the download but not a great fan to be honest ) so any recommendations greatly appreciated

Looking for 2.4.16 itteration
