It's fine. Perfect game for me to play whenever I want to watch something else on the side. The leveling is way different than any other RPG out there as you gotta use your money to level your stats up, individually. And the sex, at least they give you the option to do consensual and non-consensual

If you want to capture use mandrake as partner. If you just want her to move, grab a noise magic scroll to wake her up. This will trigger a fight if you also don't have I think the B tier cloth mat to bribe her.

Yura forest, after ending the dungeon, go right one screen and there will be an arrow shaped grass patch on the ground pointing at the area to examine.
Thieves treasure, I believe it's the beach dungeon to the left of the southern town in the rewards room. There's a tree there you examine.
Can't help you with that last one though, I always lockpicked the door instead of searching for the key.
the game usually puts the solutions on the same area so maybe try an assassin for the third one
1. Enter Yuta forest and it should be the room to the right. There's an arrow made out of grass, at the tip of it is the treasure.
2. It's at the treasure room/deepest part of the dungeon in Uruu Coast.
3. Should be at the beginning of Miibe Forest, the NPC next to the wooden boxes has the key. You have the option to go to the mines and clone a key by lying if your charisma is high enough.

The card effect is kinda a non factor. All it does is allow you to sex captured girls from your inventory without having to be in a rest area while equipped.
Where do I buy the mansion? I have looked everywhere in Southum Town and the quest is open but nobody is selling it

It's in the tower dungeon. From memory it's right before the first boss on floor 10.
