So I was sitting in a long ass drive through line and brainstormed some story idea that I will never make since I ain't no dev or a writer. It will have NTR part 1 and harem part 2.
I'm envisioning an Ancient East Asian kingdom as the setting, but I suppose it could also be a western medieval setting.
The opening scene is the MC looking out into the night sky from the terrace connected to his room of the royal palace.

MC is the son of a low ranking wife (third wife or something) or maybe a concubine of the King. He has a sister (could be childhood friend or adopted sister or whatever). Show idyllic life as a kid in the palace. The King is a kind and compassionate ruler. MC's mom is the classic gentle and loving mother archetype. Show lots of wholesome moments with her. One key scene will be a promise between MC and his sister that they will always be there for each other (going for The Fox and the Hound vibes). The overall tone of this section is full of hope, but there should be some foreshadowing with the villains. The first wife is a total conniving and stuck up bitch. Her son who is the heir to the throne is the other antagonist. The natural way for this character would be the asshole kid, but I can think of a more interesting progression where he is a meek and well meaning kid who is controlled by his mom. He finds solace in MC's mom who shows him what motherly love should be. The MC is the classic bashful shonen type. The MC, his sister, and the heir often play together with the usual dynamics. The heir has a crush on the sis. The King dies. The first wife's son takes the throne. Some bla bla bla and time skip a few years.
The meek and generally nice kid got corrupted by all the power. His mother is playing her political games and feeding him lies and delusions of grandeur. This kid's genuine love for MC's mom and sis got twisted. Corruption and NTR process starts. Eventually, the MC finds out and is all fucked up emotionally. Mom and sis are totally his plaything. Anger and Despair, but no getting horny and fapping to that shit, because there would be no act 2 if he does that lol. Anyways, some plot stuff should happen and the MC gets exiled.
MC winds up in the mountains. Meet bandits. Get captured and taken to their leader. Hot sexy lady bandit leader. She is the noble outlaw type with a code of honor and stuff. MC slowly heals from his trauma and the second idyllic phase begins. After showing some nice bonds being made, time skip a few years. Now the MC is of age. He has become quite competent. He is a great fighter after being trained by bandit leader. MC develop feelings for her but she only sees him as a little bro.
Dun dun dun. I don't know what, but there should have been very subtle foreshadowing prior to this and it will pay off here in a mutiny. Bandits got fed up with being honorable and rape the leader (this idea is kind of a copy from a VN i played). MC was out on some mission. He later comes back to find a mind broken bandit leader.
Crucial choice. 1) Fight and destroy them. 2) Fight and lose... or give up due to weak will.
If you give up, the game ends with an NTR epilogue. If you beat them, that is the end of part 1 and the beginning of part 2.
The first taste of blood from these killings changes something in the MC. He learns that being a "nice guy tm" gets you no where. Bandit leader is kinda mind broken, but she basically becomes his underling now. He treats her like a sex pet, but she still has her skills in fighting if needed. Now we have the typical alpha male domination story. MC gathers more men and basically becomes the boss of outlaws. He can bang the bandit leader and some other chicks that could have been introduced in earlier parts of the story. Eventually he has enough forces and marches to the Kingdom.
Along the way, he has to battle his sister who is the new king's assassin or something. Beat her and dominate her. Another pet acquired. Arrive at the palace. Fight and kill all the fucks and take all the women. Claim the throne. MC's mom betrayed him by getting corrupted, so take revenge on these bitches by making them your pets. After satisfying and indulging in the spoils of war, time skip.
