Things to take into consideration: A LOT of sissy/sex change stuff, most are russian and machine translated and finally these html / qsp type games tend to be grind heavy, so either look for cheat mods or find a way to edit the game yourself.

Some of the ones I didn't find disgusting:
Imperium, Friends of mine, Realm of lust, Punisher, Adam and gaia, unfaithful rebirth, the company, the sinner game, a spell for all and wife trainer.

I know many aren't fans of the Russian games, but in regards to content some of them are hard to beat!
