You can barely do anything at this stage but the size is already hovering around the 40MBs, which is nothing but a bit concerning once it reaches more advanced stages of development, unless some compression black magic is involved or, y'know, the dev will bite more than they can chew and leave the project in limbo.

The idea of this game is great. However it will require a lot of work developing each character and I worry about game size and also doubt if it will be finished not abandoned as many overwhelming projects do.
Developing scenes for many characters also means less content for single character per release as it is in current version: 16 versions of one blowjob.
It would be nice to see it completed, but I doubt.

The issue with 'real porn' games is that there's next to no consistency in what you see which is a big bummer I'd say. When you're playing as a woman you of course want to have her look the same in all gifs or atleast know it's still always the same person which is rarely ever the case.
please don't use such huge pics, especially for the locations

To the dev:
do yourself a favor and structure your images into folders immediately. Doing it later will be a real hassle, and having one folder with 1000 files with cryptic names like "b_2_f.webp" will quickly grow over your head.
I code too and I know that writing out long variable names is annoying, but if you plan on working on this for more than a few weeks, you will be glad you named that folder "blowjob" instead of "b", which might as well mean blonde or whatever. don't confuse future you.
also the room images are gigantic, and you might want to scale them to a size where the player doesn't have to scroll past them every time. that gets annoying really fast if every ingame day makes you go through bedroom, bathroom livingroom etc and every time you go to a new room the first thing you do is scroll past a gigantic scenery image.

This seems like its a game thats trying to fill a hole that doesnt exist. You can basically just find any clips thats going to be in this game. Then with how much customization thats looking to be in it, that will create so much bloat. This would work in a game thats animated with either 3D or 2D because then you can just swap assets around. This on the other hand will just be static for every combination thats in the game.
I dont like games with real porn in general. If I want to watch clips like that, I will go to one of countless websites. I much more prefer unique characters that I have not seen anywhere else... unless its a parody game but thats different.
Interesting concept but I think this mentality of having things unique would fit much better NOT in a real porn game.
