The current upload forgot to include the steam crack. I attached the crack from the old version.

Also, if your window is minimized or really small, you need to go to regedit, delete Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\DSGame\Rebirth II, then restart the game. This will reset the unity settings for the display.
