The main function of the thermostat is to give more credits if temp is kept at 18.5, higher temp spawns more flies and, lower temp reduces the amount of files spawned

You have to move to the bottom using the arrows on the left side of the screen (if on PC, use S key do go down and W to go up) and once you're there at the bottom of the screen in the middle there'll be a ninja Icon

How can I earn more money each night, without cheats?
I am talking about fairly early game, like: Level 3 of each stat, a few camera upgrades, a few character upgrades.

You get more night money from a few different ways:
-Strip her: The longer her bare chest or pussy are visible, the more points you get. Even moreso if both are exposed. If you have a lot of battery but not a lot of stamina, recording her naked is a decent option.
-Touching with hands: Anywhere you touch will gain points every few seconds. If she's starting to wake up, pat her head to get points while calming her down faster. If you have mouth or dick unlocked, always use hands for patting head, then use one of the others for arousing her. Headpats are completely OP, with the only downside being you need more stamina.
-Touching with mouth/dick: gets you a lot of points, but wakes her up fast and uses a lot of stamina.
-Orgasms: If either you or her climax, you get a big boost of points each time
-Intensity: This is a tricky one, and somewhat hard to control. There are 2 ways to increase it. One way is to play risky: if she's about to wake up, you get more points (be careful not to get caught though). The second way is night events like silencing her phone, swatting flies, and hiding from Ken.
-Camera upgrades: lens. This directly increases the amount of points generated at night.
-Camera upgrades: battery. Every second recorded is more points at the end, even if you are not doing anything. Even doing nothing drains stamina, though, unless you have a certain character upgrade. Plus, more time means more opportunities to gain points through touching, etc. But don't bother with this one if you keep running out of stamina first.
and, most importantly,
-Stamina: This is a big one! You should spend most of your free time jogging, especially now that you've got the stats to not get completely wasted in combat. Plus, enemies and events can get you more money, useful items, and camera upgrade materials. The higher your max stamina, the more stamina you recover each morning, and the more things you can do to generate points each night.

Hi,
There's no clear best way to do so, but I'll give you some tips;
- try running a lot as it increases max stamina = camera battery during the night
- do as many interactions during the night as you can, try patting her head during some activities which will lower her wakefulness a little
- increase camera time by upgrading sd card
- if you manage to get the right amount of money before Friday you'll get a buff to earned credits during the night until next friday,
- buy skill upgrades as they help with minigames and other hazards
- one-time-use items like sleeping salts or focus pills help a lot too in various situations
- it is worth to work up the relationship status, so that she'll accept questionable gifts before the night starts which will make some interactions easier for you

I play PC version. Its sounds worked fine with the 0.2.1.5 version, but when I deleted this version to download the newest version 0.2.2.5... the sounds of the game just not working anymore. I can't hear anything except the one brief "tick" sound when the game started. Anyone got the same problems? Or it's just me?

Hi,
That doesn't sound like a bug, more like some corrupted files.
I must ask, please check your sound settings on your PC and in the game settings before doing anything mentioned below.
Did you delete the older version completely or just copied the files from the zip with new version to the directory with the old one?
Generally the second approach worked for me everytime when some game got an update, but I'm not sure if it would help in your case.
Could you try deleting the game completely (preferably the whole directory), redownload the game files, extract it someplace else than the one before and give it a try?

Didn't work. I opened Youtube and I could hear the sound. And like you said, I even deleted the whole file with SHIFT-DEL, including the save files. Yet, not work, I still couldn't hear anything except one "tick" brief sound when the game is opened.
Also, I don't know if this is helpful, but I have the image from RECconsole after I started the new game, save file, then reopen the game and load the save. This is from ver 0.2.2.5:

Hmmmm. What do you mean by "tick"? Is it when you hover over the buttons in the start menu? Or just a singular "tick" randomly?
One and only one "tick" and it's similar to when your PC suddenly shut down, or when your laptop is out of battery and it is black out. It's literally how it sounds like: "tick". It happens instantly when REC.exe is started, showing menu and stuffs.

Well, he claimed that he heard the sound from YouTube video, which would rather point to missing dependencies or libraries. The website, from which he downloaded the game is kinda sus, no idea if they modify the files before uploading them there, so there is a chance that something got corrupted
