Ah finally got the strip poker event! Woo!
I mean, as I expected, it's really short and pretty hard to trigger, and really limited but... I don't dislike it for all the effort put forth, I guess? I would've obviously preferred it being a more interactive mini-game, or at least maybe a full game sequence so you could get Kaede or Yuna naked (or yourself!).
Probably because I did kind of enjoy the general loop, even if I more preferred actually getting to know Yuna more throughout the days actually. Certainly curious of what kind of more content we could get to pad out the day sequences, as while the night play loop isn't bad, it's really for the money grind (which is important) so you can then do the stat grind.
I still have some mixed feelings on the party, mostly because even with all the upgrades you can get and a little drunkness, all the dice rolls scare me. Especially as you can only save at the start of a day. Still, I don't dislike it inherently, and it's fun seeing some of the 'enemies' as friends at the party.
That reminds me, another small nitpick is the game seems to refer a lot to being a week long, when it's actually two. I imagine it maybe was one week at first, but got lengthen so the loops are longer? But still a minor nitpick. With the enemy encounters, another nitpick is a few of them are female enemies (like the Mad Scientist), but if you bring Yuna along she'll tell you to "get him". Not sure the engine is setup to handle gendered enemies though.
So while the strip poker was underwhelming to me for the effort put forth, I'm still actually kind of interested. The pixel art, again, is really good and the animations are nice. The characters are simple, but charming, and I can see some potential if more content comes out focusing on that part.
Kaede's sleepover would also be nice if you could do stuff with her as well, of course. Which I suppose is inevitable, given that is the main interactive/playable part of the game. I was actually rather impressed when I did a bunch of camera upgrades after a lot of jogging to get stamina up, that the visual of the mini-game gets a lot better.
