You buy it from the shop in-between nights, and once your relationship is high enough (don't remember exact numbers) before the night starts when you can give her gifts or items, you'll also see "give accessories" interaction (same for aocks) and potentially other future accessories), once given there's a chance she'll be wearing it each night from there, also iirc given accessories reset on loop rewind

Yes, she'll wake up at max relationship (she pretended to be asleep) but you lose all earned credits during that night

You don't have to delete anything, on pc there are somewhere in %appdata% folder (so not in the game folder), which in turn means that you simply download new version, unzip to anywhere (can be same folder that already is from prev version, just replace all files) and play
For Android don't uninstall the app, just download, unzip and try to install it, proplmot should ask to "update" the app instead, just do it and voilà, you're good to go

Can anyone please share a maxed out save?
the newest version of this isn't on mobile and I don't wanna go thru the grinding on pc again

Just use cheats to speed through it because a maxed out save won't have the new events anymore and I'm not sure they're repeatable like the shower one. You can get through everything in 30 minutes.
If someone can tell me where the saves are stored, though, I can share a couple of files, one before the 80/100 rel updates and one with everything unlocked.

True, events 80 and 100 are one time only for now, dev plans to add some sort of gallery in the near future.
As for saves, to access you'd have to have rooted phone to freely access the Android/data folder and someone else as well, to share the save data (after some digging I found something at Android/data/com.example.rec, yet I don't have root so the folders seems empty) - still, imo too much of a hassle, PC save file is much easier to handle, yet I'm almost certain it won't work on mobile, so yeah, use cheats

As a new player, am I just supposed to fail at everything? If that's how its being build up than its fine, but at the moment it just feels weird that im basically not able to do anything, be it talking to anyone (not enough stat for any option I have encountered in the game so far) the first Friday party, (not enough dex to fake a drink) right into (get pizza), when I get back, I collapse because just getting pizza took out 90% of my stamina with the remainder being the first drink I had to take.
Its not as if I dislike it, I like these kind of games, but being setup to lose in every encounter is new to me.

Yeah your first party basically goes that way. I recall someone saying there should be an option to just skip it, because you'll never have the stats (without cheats) to do anything on the first party without some EXTREME luck.
You really can't do anything until at least the second time and beyond.
