I recently played harem motel, Quickie, I would like to have recommendations not exactly on these themes, but in style and if possible be a complete game

Main complete date sims are Japanese ones and those are really hit and miss.
From western devs, you've got Twists of my Life, Depraved Awakening and i'm stuck on any more complete ones. For similar to Harem Hotel you have Mythic Manor. It's not complere but does have quite a a chunk of content. Also more of a harem sim than date sim but there it is.

I wouldn't call Depraved Awakening a dating sim tbh. You can try Summertime Saga, Man of the House, Huniepop, Being a DIK, these are the first which really come to my mind.

You pick a woman to court, build points with her and get an ending .... that's pretty much how date sims work.
I dunno, that seems kind of reductive for such a story driven masterpiece, especially compared to games like Harem Hotel (which I love, but it's entirely a different genre). That said, one can never go wrong with DA so by all means OP give it a try
This is the one with the most interest, if you know more what it looks like put it there

celebrity brothel is a good game. esssentially someone took celebrity deepfakes( ones made from porn videos) and made a game with them. the game is like the hotel in quickie a love hotel story but the payoff is sex scenes. and the scenes are amazing too.
