I can think of a few...
They are all female protagonist games though...

A New Dawn - pretty grindy, but also lots of content -
Lolita Gone Wild - fun game, however some people don't like the art style -
Uni - not RPGM but feels similar -
Manila Shaw: Blackmail's Obsession - lots of story and sex -

also:
In The Fixer and Insexsity you can change the character's hair colour and style to whatever you want.
(I found them a bit boring though)
