It's a play on the SCP universe. Which has a secret, worldwide organization in a collaborative fiction project

Most of the short stories are horror, but they are all written in the format of classified research documentation. Some of them are comedic. This one seems to be somewhere in between based on the title and the screenshots.

Based on the screenshots, it looks like you play as a SCP, and I'm going to guess your sole purpose is to destroy the lives of every human you come into contact with, as tends to happen with most SCP.

I'd say if you don't know what SCP is, you probably won't enjoy this game. I wouldn't be surprised if the game has a bunch of references to the SCP short stories that you wouldn't get unless you read a bunch of those. Kind of a poor choice for a sex game, but I'd bet the creator (creators?) had fun making it.
