Everyone's already written about the slow writing, and the author promised to fix it. So I won't dwell on it.
The game has a good story, but the world is currently too small and there are few characters. The events are good and varied, but for now they're limited to oral sex. Slow depravity is also good.
To sum it up, the author and the game have great potential. I'm sure the next version will be even more interesting and better.

So, this game has a huge potential and is actually a well-written one which is why I decided to comment on its game design from a gamedev point of view. I haven't played through all the story but my points still make sense because gamedesign principles should be consistent throughout all the game and that's really bad if, for example, all our training is needed for just one ability check in the culmination of the story.

1. Stats must mean something I: Sluttiness. What happens now is a slow grind towards 10 during which nothing happens, then we get a story development and in the story it is explicitly said that the MC discovers her sexuality => Slut stat should go up with every new self-discovery. Since your stat operates in single digits and each point is earned through grind, it must be somehow translated to actual gameplay. You don't have to write huge scenes for each point, what's important to a player is a sense of a progress. This is the reason a lot of people commented on a grind being tedious.

2. Stats must mean something II: Submissiveness. As far as I tried to analyze, it doesn't work in any meaningful way at all and sometimes levels up to 10 and then drops to 0. I am sure you can come up with some sort of micro events that level it up 1 by 1 and then it translates into "I will \ I won't do lewd things"

3. Stats must mean something III: Training. That's simple: since we don't have actual action scenes, training should affect how frequent mini-games are or how easy they are to beat. For example:
  1. Save the water! (play mini-game)
  2. Save the water! (auto, req body 50+)
  3. Water is irrelevant (Bob punishes you).
