Yes, in fact that was one of the main reasons why we decided to rework the choice system. When we first started making the game we scripted the game events linearly and knew we were eventually going to hit a wall with it. We decided to put it off until we could find the best way to approach it.
Events after the prologue are now treated kind of like islands that you can visit, and the new choice system feeds stats that will either open or close the gates to those islands. It also changes the overall flavor of how some scenes play out. Events will be different depending on your route, but you'll still have access to almost all of the sex scenes for everyone and eventually unlock a harem ending if you go down that path.
