Identify Regression anime styled VN - need name

[MVTD]

The game was either RenPy or Unity and it was pretty much a VN since I don't remember it having any kind of minigames or things like that. It is anime styled probably made with Koikatsu or similar like most anime styled games here.
I don't remember the name but I do remember some plot points that might help identifying the game.

• Don't remember why or how exactly but the game started with the MC going back in time to when he lived with his parents/sisters
• They were in debt so he writes a book that was a bestseller in the future and get pretty much rich
• At some point they move from the family home to a mansion (I believe they keep the old house because the mother had something with gardening and watermelons idk)
• He orders for a secret basement to be built in the mansion
• He builds an AI/Android in that basement
