Thanks! That's because I hand drew a lot of the art and animations, but also used AI to speed up other assets and processes. So it's a marriage between the two.if you used you made AI very good job with the post to make it look like real art.

Would much rather have a proper build up and personality to a sex scene than just straight up dive into it.I actually find the font elegant, but I do have lazy-eye-days, lol, and I have come across a couple people requesting larger.
I guess rollback within a convo isn't nothing, but unless it can override choices, it is purely to recheck what was read ot skipped. Useful actually but doesn't solve what I was thinking about, though I am starting to doubt myself:could've been the issues with Night Driver and some other Unity games were more save-related; when and how often saving is available and how many slots there are. If it helps, the smoothest Unity sandbox game I ever played is Hail Dicktator, i'd forget it wasn't RenPy but for the vertical save list and the annoying but manageable gallery, I don't know if y'all can check the structure or code or something for inspiration.
Lewd scenes:
the worst problem I think a good looking game can fall into is somehow unsexy scenes. Sometimes something sounds so kinky and the screens are hot as hell but then there's just something missing in h-stuff. So I'd rather a short scene that's not just pretty or consistent but hot with enough built up tension than a well executed comic strip that feels bland. By the same token, I'd rather have a good few main scenes than bunch'a meh's.
An accessible booty call chick can be a time filler. For my money I'd rather have some character development and excalation to it though. Could be great, instead of just a simple-quick h-scene avenue to the overall structure, it could be a simpler LI narrative to balance the more complex stuff. Something basic like gradually learning a backstory or playing dress-up or training submissiveness or bimbofication can work.

I reloaded after a save I'd made just before that and Jenny and Harold disappeared from the screen. But Riley continued to talk to them. It didn't really affect the rest of the gameplay.

In one of them you can get all 3 love interests, but usually you would get conflict when you choose one LI over the other since this game is very heavily story driven.Is a harem game? or will we have to choose a LI at some point?
We haven't tested the game on Linux honestly. I'll add it to the bucket list though!Not sure if it's a bug on my end, but after the opening scene and the game asks for the MC name, the mouse can't click on it, preventing me from entering a name. Also tried to press ESC to go to the side menu but the mouse can't click on it too.
Not sure if playing on Linux with Wine has something to do with it.
Yeah I hear you. We felt kind of stressed to release this game after such a long time working on it. I hope people come back because we're only going to polish this game further and further. Sounds like the entire game has already been outlined with the endings in mind. That really helps prevent writing issues along the way. People inexperienced in writing can be very surprised by how fast things can balloon when you start to add variation.
Let say that you have a 20.000 thousand words kinetic novel with no choice at all from start to finish. Which is around 1 hour of "reading" and I'd say pretty decent when it come to a completed VN
Let say now that you add illusory choice that do not impact the ending but momentarely change dialogue, let's say 20 of those. Good you just added at least 2.000 words up to 4.000 words.
22.000 to 24.000
Now imagine you add 1 major variation with a completely new ending mid way through? Well you'll be lucky to reuse much content above the 10.000 original mark, and you still have ten illusory variation to write too! So that add what? anywhere between 9.000 and 12.000?
31.000 to 36.000
But how you want to add another variation on both path for a good and bad ending at the middle point of the divergent paths now! So that way you got four ending! You can add just another 9.000 to 12.000 words!
40.000 up to 48.000 words
Now let's go absolutely mad and say you want to add another main branch with the same bad and good ending ? That's 18.000 to 24.000 more words!
You're game is now ranging from 58.000 up to 72.000 words !

Congratulation, you're 6k away from having written the equivalent of Harry potter the philosopher stone.
And from start to finish on any one path you're game is STILL one hour long. You merely added hours of replayability.
This ballooning is in part WHY there's a LOT of dev that only update one or two path at once, especially as their game reach their middle to late stage.
Writing 2k words for one path per update, per month is decently easy for someone with no to little experience in addition to everything else. write 2k words for all 6 paths? That's 12k per update on TOP of everything else.

Still though, 8 endings? And choices that lead to them? That's gonna really increase development time somewhere in the middle of game development, as the branches diverge and become more complicated, the writing tends to blow up too. Gonna take a while to write all that.
As other users have spoken about the issue in other games:
1) It's in the 21st century, but in a parallel world so we reserve the freedom to just play around with the settings however we want. So yeah the main character is a bit old fashioned while the rest of the world around him is modern. Sort of a combination of the 80s/90s and current times (cause oh my gosh I loved the 80s and 90s...).After completing my first playthrough of this version, here are some of my thoughts and questions for the developers:
1) Initially, I was confused in the era the game is set in, with the playable lead driving aYou must be registered to see the linksinspired car. Is this game set in the mid 20th century? Then he mentioned computers and GPS. Later on a woman named Jenny holding a smartphone, so this must be in the 21st century.
2) The presentation, art style and controls is something from the late 90's early 2000's; although my instinct was to also use the arrow keys to control the playable lead, which didn't work.
3) The MC's default clothing colour palette reminds of this playable character,You must be registered to see the linksfrom Shenmue. I don't suppose the MC in this game is heading to Hong Kong and China anytime soon.
4) I feel as if I must of have missed something; I met Alex (red head woman) whilst in the house after MC meets Riley (red button shirt woman) at the bar, where you fix the jukebox. The MC spoke to Alex as if he met her before, but me the player, it was my first encounter. I know on the map which you find in Grandfather Luke's study has the name Alex with 2 question marks. Alex doesn't waste time as she fellates our hero, however the choices and dialogue suggests to me that she might be something else. Still, the MC better achieve post nut clarity and a good night's sleep.
Some questions for the developers:
Q1) Since the game has voice acting, will the female characters be voice acted and will the game be fully voiced?
Q2) Will this game have various screen resolutions and a window option?
Q3) When viewing scenes from the gallery, will the moods of the female characters affect their moods in the main game? For example, after unlocking Alex's oral scene, I replayed it and chose different options where it changed her mood.
Kinda makes sense it's done this way. Probably makes things easier to write and develop.In order to not go crazy...
