Found out it was Wayne Manor.

Immediately named our boy Bruce.

Had to be done.


BTW, the cursor likes to disappear. Not sure why.

Also, reloading a save right after Mina knocks leads to her entering the manor as a ghost: she appears outside the door and vanishes except for her shadow inside, and reappears outside the door when she leaves.

Really appreciate you reporting this one. Can you please specify your specs/resolution when playing? Or just report it in the "Bugs" section of our Discord.
Here's a screenshot of the scene. You can see Harold and Jenny are absent. I have my screen resolution set to 2560x1440. I was able to complete the tasks in this scene regardless and continue the game. So, it's not game breaking. 1766055729311.png

Hmm, def sounds like some layering issues. i'll check it out. thanks for letting us know!

Hey! Just wanted to drop some feedback after playing the demo.


I really loved the atmosphere of the environments. The interactions feel good because the game doesn’t give everything away immediately — some quests actually require a bit of logic and attention, even if it’s basic, and that’s a good thing.


I only played the demo, so I haven’t seen much yet, but there was something I genuinely loved: the jukebox.
Both the jukebox and the gramophone were a great touch — the music playing during interactions really pulled me into the experience. It created a very nice kind of catharsis.


Great work so far. I’ll definitely be following this project closely.


By the way, I recently released a VN called Mysterious Ways, in case you’d like to check it out. I’ll take the liberty of leaving it here ^^

I've completed a total of 3 playthroughs to see what results I get.

Playthrough 1, went to the Whispering Bar, met Ray and Riley. Did not venture to the Grand Collections library, didn't meet Alex. Being woken up at night by the door knocking, Alex makes her appearance, invite her in, Alex gives oral.

Playthrough 2, went to both the Whispering Bar and Grand Collections. Get woken up by Alex, invite in her in, she gives oral.

Playthrough 3, decided not to venture to both the Whispering Bar and Grand Collections. Tried to sleep early but MC wanted to explore the town. Went to the same locations again. At night with Alex, I chose not to invite her in, the game ends eventually.

Alternative ending for playthrough 3, invite Alex in, make tea, play record music, see Mina from the window, chose the option not to ignore Mina, Alex leaves, game ends.

The key thing to progress further in this demo is the Whispering Bar, where Ray the bartender gives you a vinyl record of MC's Grandfather's audio recording. Alex is pretty secondary, although she can give the MC post nut clarity. From my playthrough 1, it is odd for the MC to know who Alex is, even if you the player purposely does not visit the Grand collections.

Indeed, you found an issue with our implementation. Can't believe we didn't see that before.
We're releasing a hotfix build very soon. In this one we'll make it obligatory to visit Grand Collections, it's not something you're supposed to skip.

This game is highly promising! I'm a huge fan of 90's point and click. When I arrived at the bar it reminded me of the one in Broken Sword when we went to Ireland, and then the owner tell us that the guy who was supposed to repair the jukebox went after a ghost or a goat, I really enjoyed this reference to George Stobbart!

Can't afford to support the game ATM but I wish you the very best. This game is refreshing and ambitious, I hope you'll get all the support you need. Keep it up!

Thank you for also noticing the issue I discovered from my first playthrough. A couple of questions:

Q1) Will there be combat? I ask because the MC does pick a knife from the Jester outside of Grand Collections.

Q2) How will the moods of the female characters affect the game? Is it more towards being sexual, or is it more to towards progressing the story?

Q3) Will there be a limit on the number of saves, or is the game going to allow infinite save slots?

1) To avoid spoiling the game I will not specify the purpose of the knife.
We won't have a direct form of combat as of now (though we're not ruling it out). Combat in our game is more in the style of a mini game/turn based puzzle, if there is any. Future will tell :)

2) Both. Whether they like you or not will determine crucial story moments as well as if they are willing to be intimate with you or not.

3) Undetermined. Though I don't see a reason for us to limit the amount of saves as of now. Would've loved it if people explored all the different choices the game has to offer that we worked so hard to implement.
