Others Completed Relics Walker, I'm trying to play it, but it gives me some errors. Help please.

Relics Walker is a free game made with RPG Maker 2003 that won a competition to best free game 2022. You can find it in the next link:

The game is fully in japanese, and i have japanese emulator, and extract it from the zip with, the first error is that some archives share the same name, i don't know what to do about it, i clicked yes to replace all archives, now trying the game (with the japanase emulator oc) it gives me the second error:


I click accept and then the game starts fine, but all text is broken even if i am using the japanese emulator for extracting and launching the game.
I don't know what to do, am i missing some files to install to run it? The website does not say nothing.

HOW TO Install and run Relics Walker -Crimson Lady-

Steps so the game can run properly (the game is in japanese and does not have translation)

Local emulator is a program that simulates other languages/computes (i'm not fully sure), in this case Japanese.

Download at the bottom of the website
2. Open the winrar file with local emulator.
3. Activate this option on winrar before extracting the game. Doing this you avoid the archives overlapping name.

4. Open the folders [RelicsWalker-v103b > RelicsWalker-CrimsonLady-]
5. OPTIONAL Copy the executive program RPG_RT.exe and make a shortcut for easy acces where you desire.
6. Run RPG_RT.exe with the local emulator. (executing RPG_RT.exe will make the game be in fullscreen mode, but hey, at least is playable)

Now you can play Relics Walker -Crimson Lady-

errm, not sure, but maybe:

try to open the archive in either winrar or bandizip, both offer a method to set the codepage for the archive (Japanese, respectively 932) and only once that is set extract the archive.

Still doesn't work, but thanks your help now i don't have the duplication problem. I am still having the same errors, i will ask help to the developer.

today I tried and now I think maybe the download is borked.
Trying to read the .ini file and the readme.txt, everything is "mojibakke", so maybe whoever set the archive up already broke it.

Or maybe it needs a real 32bit system, in real Japanese locale. I am not savy enough for this, sorry.
