How can it be a prequel when, according to the preview images, Kirstin has sexual intercourse (at least paizuri) here but is a virgin in all sex acts in the War Demon Kirstin game?

Those are not canon. The princess reconstruction of the village also comes chronologically before Knightess Wein's Irregular Life, and Wein has a lot of sex in the Princess Game, but is a virgin in her own game.

The same for Witch Iris... She gets gangbanged in the Princess game, but is a virgin in her own game.

It seems the only canon events are what happens with the main characters of their own games.

Oh boy this one, I remember a few weeks ago when I played it, gameplay is alright, you may need to grind a little bit but it's not excessive, H-scenes are a fair amount but the story well... let's just say

Yeah this one was pretty brutal compared to Sikorsky's other games. Personally not for me but I can see the vision. Definitely still looking forward to his next Noel game, though.

This is for those like to find good virginity loss scenes.

I could be wrong for this game, but after having played two other Sikorsky games, I have learned it is better to lose the FMCs virginity as soon as possible. You'll have a much more enjoyable time if you do so, rather stressing about figuring which scene is better to lose virginity at. Gonna see if this remains true for this game though.

Edit: There's not even a sex stat menu for this game. By the time I reached the goblin area, none of the vaginal scenes mentions any virginity loss dialogue. I'd rather play the previous game.
