Overview:
Renegades Vault is an open-world management game set in the brutal wastelands of a post-apocalyptic world, where survival is measured in water, loyalty, and hard choices. Settlements cling to life amid constant scarcity, factional warfare, and collapsing moral codes.

In this god-forsaken landscape, extreme systems have taken root. Slavery exists not as ideology, but as a consequence of desperation, power imbalance, and the absence of law. Competing factions exploit labor, bodies, and loyalty to maintain control, resisting or embracing these systems is part of the player’s path.

You play a former criminal cast out into the wastes, driven by revenge and ambition. Build a hidden base, manage resources, navigate faction politics, and decide how far you are willing to go to survive and dominate in a world where cruelty is often rewarded and mercy is a liability.

Honestly, I love how this game makes you realize that your true post-apocalyptic skill isn’t shooting mutants or scavenging for scrap - it’s figuring out who will fetch you a water bucket and never betray you in the slave market. Who knew capitalism could be so… radioactive?

I was all excited for about 20 seconds BECAUSE i got this game mixed up with another that hasnt been updated in ages
(forget the name of it off hand though,Yeah its been THAT long) This game looks very very similar to it.

If you save your game before turning in filter search quest and load your save you will not get reward 5 clean water.
Too buggy to play, second time NG tried this quest adn when i come i automatically recieved talk about second quest and no reqward and talk about first one.
Dev, fix your first verssion at least or at least test it a few times.
After i find 50 scrap metal and return all dialogs resets with girl in camp and repeat welcome first scene.

Saving is very bugged. When you load a save things you did since the save are already considered completed.

Well taken. I’ve adjusted the genre/tag for clarity so it’s transparent for everyone. Moving to full 3D renders is something I’d like to pursue, though right now the skills and time required make it unrealistic.

Thanks for calling that out in detail. You’re right, the urge to get a first version out and playable meant it went up rougher than it should have. That’s on me. The quest rewards and dialogue resets are top of the list to fix, and they’ll be addressed in the first update.

Appreciate you putting time into testing it even with the bumps.

Curious now which game you had in mind, I’d love to know. Just a heads up, this first build isn’t as polished as it could be, but it’s the starting point. Really appreciate that you’re open to giving it a try once the tags line up with what you’re looking for.
