translation errors
Thank you for your feedback. It seems I still need to improve the program further. I had actually tried to make it as error-free as possible before releasing it, but I guess there are still some errors. I'll need to review it again. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hello, how is the program development going? Are you making any progress?
Thank you for asking, the project seems to be going well for now, but I haven’t done the real tests yet. I’ll move forward based on the test results. During the preparation phase I wanted to add some extra new things, but that made the project overly complicated and I reached a point where I couldn’t progress anymore. Because of that, I had to restart the update from scratch.
In the new version the parser is more solid and modular. It now uses a pyparsing‑based grammar system, which makes block and context handling more accurate. Placeholders and style tags are preserved, technical lines are excluded, and menu/python blocks are processed with context awareness. On top of that, .rpymc files can now be safely read with AST extraction, so strings from those files are also included in the translation process.
Overall, this is how the project is progressing, but everything I’ve written so far is still on paper — the final word will come from the tests. :D

We translate games into different languages: you translate them into Turkish, I translate them into Russian, and I can also test them in German, which helps us find translation errors faster.

Unfortunately, the .rpymc system still isn’t working properly, and I’m not entirely sure why. I haven’t been able to set up a system that fully decrypts the files and extracts the text. My lack of experience and the fact that my GitHub Copilot Premium credits ran out—leaving me with only the free models—probably affected things quite a bit :D . But I have to admit, it feels like the program has gone beyond my current knowledge level. Still, I’ll keep doing my best and continue working on it.

The problem with translating abbreviations that was present in the previous version remains...(((( we'll see what happens next...

I thought I had corrected it, but I guess I haven't. At this point, I've accepted that I probably won't be able to translate everything. At least I'll try to translate the current translations as accurately as possible. :D

I'll try changing the data in the script now. I hope there won't be an error with UTF-8, like last time.

P.S. The same UTF-8 error

The new version is ready! I think I've fixed the current bugs (hopefully :D ). I'd be very happy if you could test it and give me feedback.
I'd also like to share this: going forward, my priority will be to fix existing bugs and make the program more stable, rather than increasing the game's translation capacity. Of course, this decision may change in the future, but for now, this seems like the most logical approach.
Actually, I've found some more advanced solutions, but since my knowledge and experience aren't sufficient at this point, I haven't been able to implement them in the program. So there may be some missing parts; but my goal is to reduce bugs and deliver a more stable version.

translation error...
I added the pipeline_errors.log file to see what was happening during the translation process. I actually thought it would be easier to track technical lines, commands that shouldn't be translated, and potential issues. Then I forgot to remove it, so it's still there. :D
Lines like “UNCHANGED” that you see there are generally not errors; they indicate that the program is preserving technical lines and not including them in the translation. If you can open the game and play it without any problems, you don't need to worry about these logs. Only if you see a dialogue or text that really shouldn't be translated, please share an example and I'll look into it.

I see...and now, you could say, everything has returned to its roots...the beginning of the game hasn't been translated at all...(((((((

I wish I could manage to translate everything, but no matter what I do, whenever I try to fix one part, another part keeps breaking. I truly wish I could achieve what I want, because even if something breaks, that’s not a problem—it can always be fixed somehow. But the real issue is that I can’t accomplish the thing I want to do.

I never planned to add a translation system through the SDK, since it would require downloading a separate SDK for each Ren’Py version, which isn’t practical. Still, maybe I could try this method as a separate project, or if I can find another way, I would be willing to experiment with that too. For now, though, as painful as it is to admit, the most accurate term would be to say that I’ve run into failure...
