When I check some of the game file of visual novel, their image and other asset are compiled into .rpa file, I need help on how to do that. Thank you in advance.

Assets are not compiled in rpy/rpyc.
rpy are the scripts, rpyc are the compiled scripts.

My bad, I think what I meant is the .rpa file extension not rpy/rpyc.
