I uninstalled Python and reinstalled it with the patch, then restarted my PC. Now everything works.
Thank you for this easy-to-use software, once Python is updated with the included patch. Plus, it only takes up one space.

Can you tell me where you downloaded them ?
I looked on Windows store but there's only the 3.13
