Renpy game become slow

From 2 days ago when i download new game renpy, my game starting slow, it sometimes freeze, even thouh i already play renpy game almost 1 year, how to fix it? do i need clear the chache?
And about my spec PC its I3 2102 8gb ram, no VGA

Does this happen with all renpy games?
And how much space do you have on the hard disk you're running the games from?
