renpy games close by themselves

hello guys as the title of my problem says I am experiencing many problems with my new pc because several renpy games that I have close by themselves without giving me an error or anything, and honestly I do not know what it could be, I had installed windows 11 and I began to notice this error, that several of the renpy games that I have when I open them close by themselves either seconds or 2 or 3 minutes after playing them.

I have updated all the drivers and the error continues even change version to win 10 and the error continues to occur in the same way, the funny thing is that in my old pc does not cause me this error hopefully someone can help me a little because I do not know what else to do to solve this problem thanks ...

if you have a intel 13900 or 14900 cpu, there are many threads about it. read for instance this to the end and go from there.
