RenPy - question image gallery?

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but here I go, please let me know if this is wrong .

I am wondering if RenPy or other website/tool has a image gallery for free use? or I will have to desing my own images and loops?

Neither Ren'py, nor another "tool" have a gallery of free image to use, so yes you'll have to do them by yourself.

Look at the many "how do I make a game" threads around there, you'll find the answer to your next question.
