I didn't understand how to enable full scanning How do I do this?

This Mod prescans all dialogues in the init of game automatically.
The left texts including dialogues and menu texts,
will be translated and redrawn in real time.

There is no full-scan in current version.
As i don't know how to extract menu texts.
