Repeatable Images

Hi. I'm trying to make a game using RPG Maker MV. I'm stuck on how to make repeatable images like in ''Lily of the Valley'', Do I need a plugin or something, and how exactly to make it. Thank you and sorry if I post this in the wrong forum.
